Optional if you want to join us for post wedding relaxation on the island directly across from the wedding hotel (45min Ferry Ride or 10min Speed Boat Ride). Mainly a final farewell for Ratcha’s family before she treks off to the US of A. Not a popular tourist attraction for Westerners as it is a National Park, quieter and less-developed island which makes it an ideal favorite for native Thais. National Park Ticket ≈ $5usd
For those who will not partake the post wedding island trip, travels back to Bangkok can easily be arranged from the resort either through private van transportation group (Link + Price) or through Grab (rideshare service similar to Uber: approx price for van). It will be a 2.5hr drive back to Bangkok. Also, please let Alex & Ratcha know if you want to stay another day or 2 at the resort (December 20-21, 2024) to nurse your hangover and back into BKK altogether December 22, 2024.
Water Ferry will transport to Sai Kaew Beach Resort ( ≈ $5usd) . Approx room cost per night $150usd. For those of you who will join us on the Ko Samet Island, besides relaxing in the sun, activities include:
